Denise assists in managing the team pipeline, ensuring a smooth loan process. She works closely with the underwriting team and our staff to ensure a tight and thorough intake process for all clients. Denise also manages all the pre-underwriting review of client’s financials, assists in the preparation of estimates, and provides a high level of communication throughout the process.
